Grape Varieties: 100% Arinto

Concept: A classic wine, made from the "queen" grape variety of the Lisbon region.

Viticulture: Vineyard, 17 years old, planted in clay-limestone soils.

Production Method: Integrated

Vinification: Hand-harvested into 15kg boxes. Total destemming with cold settling over 48 hours. Gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 13-15ºC. Final fermentation in (used) French oak barrels, followed by 10 months of aging.

Bottling: To preserve the wine's original characteristics, a light filtration was carried out. In May 2025, 2,800 bottles were bottled.

Tasting Notes: Aroma of fresh lime, green apple, with hints of mint. Color: Citrus yellow.
