Tasting Notes: Citrus colored wine, very elegant mineral aroma, so typical in this grape variety with slight tropical nuances. Very fresh, with a long and persistent finish.
Vinification: 100% manual harvest to 15kg boxes. Total destemming and stainless steel fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12°C.
