Grape Varieties: Arinto, Fernão Pires, Viognier.
Tasting Note: Fine and elegant, with aromas of ripe white fruit, apricot, tropical notes, and a light, well-integrated toasty character. It has good structure, volume, is fresh and mineral, with balanced acidity. Elegant and with a long finish.
Winemaking: The grapes, after harvesting, are kept in a cold chamber for about 24 hours before pressing. Vinification is done separately, fermenting in French oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine remained in the barrels "sur lies" (on the lees), with weekly "batonnage" (stirring of the grapes), for 8 months.
