Grape Varieties: 100% Arinto. 34 years old Vineyards.

Tasting Notes Beautiful golden color. Very intense and complex nose with petrol, quince and silex notes. On the palate shows great freshness, good density and texture with balanced and persistent tannins. Very long aftertaste with excellent acidity.

Vinification: The fermentation occurred during 28 days with skin contact at low temperatures. It finished the fermentation in neutral French oak barrels and was aged for 24 months in the same barrels with “battonage”, after which was aged in the bottle for 12 months before being released.
