Grape Varieties: Arinto and Chardonnay.
Tasting Notes: Color: Citrine yellow. Aroma: Intense and complex with white pulp fruits, citrus peel and flower, dry vegetable, also presenting mineral nuances. Taste: Distinguished by its gustatory freshness, balance, volume and excellent mouthfeel.
Vinification: The grapes harvested at the ideal ripening time were gently pressed in a pneumatic press and the must fermented in a stainless steel tank at 16ºC. After alcoholic fermentation, battonage was carried out for 3 months.
Ageing Potential: 3/4 Years
Recommended dishes: Fish, seafood, lean meats and Asian food. Should be served at 9/11ºC.
