This wine is made from the Alvarelhão grape variety, locally called Brancelho. Vineyards on alluvial terraces. Clay loam soil with rolled stones. It was fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on fine lees for 5 months.

Tasting Note: COLOR: Brilliant salmon color. AROMA: Notes of green strawberry, raspberry, herbal hints of wild shrubs, wet stone and white chocolate. BODY: Balanced, dry and persistent. Fresh with a tense and long finish.
Winemaking: Hand-harvested in 20kg boxes; Gentle pressing of destemmed grapes; Cold settling; Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel; Aged for 5 months on fine lees.
Pairing: Appetizers, salads, fish, seafood, white meats, and Asian cuisine. Should be served at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
