Production Method: Integrated
Vinification: Hand-harvested into 15kg boxes. Total destemming, cold settling over 48 hours. Gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts (from our vineyard) in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 13-15ºC. At the end of fermentation, it was transferred to (used) French oak barrels, where it aged for 5 months.
Bottling: To preserve the wine's original characteristics, a light filtration process was carried out. 7,000 bottles were bottled in July 2024.
Tasting Notes: Color: Light straw. Aroma: Fresh fruit, apricot. Palate: Harmonious, lively acidity in a balanced whole.
