Grape Varieties: Viognier 100%
Production Method: Integrated
Vinification: Hand-harvested into 15kg boxes. Total destemming, cold settling for 48 hours. Gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts (from our vineyard) in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 13-15ºC. At the end of fermentation, it was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it aged for 10 months. Aroma: tea, white fruit and a slight touch of caramel. Palate: Unctuous, green pineapple, tea flower, spices.
Bottling: To preserve the wine's original characteristics, a light filtration process was carried out. In July 2021, 4,000 bottles were bottled.
Tasting Notes: An elegant and very balanced wine, it perfectly represents the profile of the grape variety. Light straw color // Aroma: Fresh fruit, dried flowers and a touch of peach.
