Production Method: Integrated
Vinification: Hand-harvested into 15kg boxes. Total destemming, cold settling over 48 hours. Gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts (from our vineyard) in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 13-15ºC. At the end of fermentation, it was transferred to (used) French oak barrels, where it aged for 8 months.
Bottling: To preserve the wine's original characteristics, a light filtration process was carried out. In November 2023, 3,700 bottles were bottled.
Tasting Notes: Color: Light straw. Aroma: Tea, white fruit and a slight hint of caramel. Palate: Unctuous, green pineapple, tea flower, spices.
