Grape Varieties: 100% Arinto
Concept: Made from the native variety of the region.
Viticulture: Vineyard 15 years old, planted in soils of clay-limestone origin. Integrated and Sustainable agriculture.
Production Method: Integrated
Harvest: When the grapes were in excellent maturation and magnificently ripe and healthy. Hand picked grapes, went straight to the winery in boxes of 15kg.
Vinification: Total destemming with cold settling in 48h. Crushed and gently pressed. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 13-15ºC. Fermentation finish in French oak barrels (used). Aged for 12 months with lees.
Bottling: To preserve the original characteristics of the wine, light filtration was carried out. 2.000 bottles in 2021.
Tasting Notes: Fresh lime aroma, green apple, with hints of mint. Color: Citrus yellow.
