Climate: Continental Mediterranean. Warm and dry days with large daily temperature amplitude.
Soils: Limestone, vineyards at an altitude of around 400 meters altitude.
Grape Varieties: 40% Arinto, 30% Rabigato, 20% Esgana Cão and 10% Galego Dourado.
Winemaking: Manual night harvest. This wine is the result of two types of fermentation. Initial maceration for 5 to 7 days, followed by fermentation in 600L barrels. Direct pressing into 600L barrels. Battonage for 8 weeks.
Ageing: Aged for 11 months in 600L french oak barrels (barrels with 1 and 2 years).
Tasting Notes: A very exclusive and surprising white wine. Produced with grapes from the producer's best vineyard plots, in marble rock soil, this is a deep, complex and extremely balanced wine, where freshness gives it a long finish and aging potential.
