Winemaking: Manual harvest. Total destemming. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 2 days. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control at 26/27ºC.
Ageing: 20 months in used 300L French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Known as the queen of red grape varieties in the region, this wine has a garnet red color and an intense flavor of ripe plum and red fruits. It is a complex, deep, and balanced wine.
Winemaker: Luís Louro and Inês Capão.
