Soils: Shale and limestone
Grape Varieties: 40% Aragonez, 40% Trincadeira, 10% Alicante Bouschet and 10% Touriga Nacional.
Winemaking: Total de-stemming. Cold soaking for 2 days. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 24/26°C.
Tasting Notes: Alento Tinto is produced mainly from the typical grape varieties of the region. It is a garnet-colored wine with an aroma that starts closed, then opens up focusing on black fruit, sweet floral notes, and a light licorice touch. On the palate, it is more expressive, fresh and full-bodied, with good acidity, all very balanced and full of quality.
