Winemaking: Manual harvest. Total de-stemming. Pre- fermentation cold soaking for 2 days. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at 26/27ºC
Ageing:1 year in 300L French Oak Barrels (30% new).
Tasting Notes: It is a garnet-colored wine that presents good aromatic complexity with notes of ripe fruit and some spice. On the palate, it shows good volume and well-ripened tannins, displaying good complexity and finishing with a long finish.
