Vinification and Maturation: Manual harvest to small perforated crates. Reception with immediate destemming and crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with tanning under controlled temperature of around 23ºC, with prolonged maceration. Maturation in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
Tasting Notes: In Quinta do Sobreiró de Cima we have selected the best grapes from the Touriga Nacional variety in order to create this varietal wine. With a deep ruby color, intense aroma of ripened red fruits balanced by floral notes, typical of the grape variety. In the palate the fruit is intense, but elegant, in a young and persistent set. This wine did not undergo any maturation in wood, so it could preserve the character of the grape variety.
Try it With...: Excellent paired with grilled meat dishes, oven-roasted fish or intense cured cheese. Serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
