Grape Varieties: Syrah
Tasting Notes: Very intense garnet colored wine, where the aromas of black fruit and spices, typical of the variety, dominate. Fresh and intense in the mouth, with firm tannins that give it a long finish.
Vinification: 100% manual harvest to 15 kg boxes. Completely destemmed, followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8°C for 48h. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24°C. 10% of the batch fermented in new barrels for 18 months plus 12 months aging in bottles.
