Grape varieties: 100% Syrah. 30 years old vineyards.
Tasting Notes: Elegant, balanced and fresh expression of Syrah, this wine shows a peppery nose of blackberry, dark plum and savory spices. A layered palate, lush yet elegant with lovely acidity.
Vinification: The grapes, which were previously de-stemmed, went through a fermentation which took place in lagares during 7 days, not exceeding 25ºC. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine aged in French oak barriques during 18 months.
