Grape Varieties: 100% Touriga Nacional. Vineyards aged 32.
Tasting Notes: Intense color with a violet hue, with good concentration on the nose. Fresh aroma, with notes of ripe red fruit and some floral notes. In the mouth, it presents a good structure with ripe tannins, extremely elegant. The aftertaste is rich, long and complex.
Vinification: The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in mills, with temperature control, not exceeding 26ºC, for 10 days, using a robot for treading. Malolactic fermentation and aging were carried out in French oak barrels for 22 months.
