Grape Varieties: 100% Syrah
Tasting Note: Beautiful ruby color not too heavy. Aroma of black fruit, chocolate and smoky vegetable notes. Full of fruit in the mouth, generous but light at the same time. Slight bitterness at the end that gives it mystery and generosity.
Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel vats and aged for 18 months in French Allier oak barrels.
