Grape Varieties: 100% Syrah

Tasting Notes: Violet in colour, this Syrah presents very intense aromas of strawberry, orange, and wildflowers. On the palate, it reveals a fresh profile, with polished tannins, a silky texture, and a strong finish. Its aromatic profile is delightful, with excellent structural balance and full of intense fruit and spice flavours that blend with velvety tannins, providing a sensation of great finesse. This harmonious combination of freshness, rich fruit, and smooth tannins creates an elegant and engaging tasting experience, resulting in a wine of sophisticated character and a lingering finish.

Vinification: Fermented in stainless steel tanks for a period of 7 days where it then undergoes malolactic fermentation.

Ageing: This wine was aged for 10 months in French oak barrels: 20% in new wood, 10% in one-year-old barrels, and the rest in two-year-old barrels. This mix creates a balanced, complex flavor profile with subtle oak notes.
