Grape Varities: Syrah
Tasting Notes: Color: Clean appearance, intense ruby color. Aroma: Expressive, red fruits, plum. Palate: Intense with complexity and elegance, with a long and harmonious finish.
Vinification: Hand-picked by the box during the cooler hours of the day. Destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in vats and stainless steel vats with controlled temperature (21-24ºC).
Ageing: Aged in stainless steel and bottle storage.
Gastronomy: Wine with great gastronomic versatility. Accompany with any type of meat, pasta and cheese. It should be drunk at a temperature of 16ºC.
