Grape Varieties: Alicante Bouschet
Tasting Notes: Intense garnet colored wine, nearly opaque, with prevaling notes of black fruit with balsamic nuances. Vibrant and volumous.
Winemaking: 100% hand-harvested into 15kg boxes. Total destemming, followed by pre-fermentation maceration at 8°C for 48 hours. Fermentation with controlled temperature of 24°C. 10% of the batch fermented in new barrels for 18 months plus 12 months aging in bottles.
