Tasting Notes: Aroma: Mineral notes on the nose, well integrated with oak. Taste: Full bodied, with excellent acidity, good complexity, citric flavours and a persistent finish.
Vinification: Fermentation in 500-liter French oak barrels with acacia wood stops: 21% new barrels, the remainder in 2nd and 3rd year barrels.
Ageing: Remained in a barrel for a period of 8 months, periodically undergoing the batonnage procedure.
