The Vértice Gouveio is prepared strictly according to the traditional method, from a careful selection of grapes from the Gouveio varietal, traditionally planted in the cool and upper slopes of the Alto Douro region. It is a sparkling wine with a very fine and persistent bubble that releases a very fresh and elegant aroma. Lush and caressing on first taste, this turns very crisp with considerable bite on the long lasting finish.
