Secret Spot Moscatel do Douro 10 Anos

Profile: Golden, complex, elegant and refreshing. A batch of several Moscatel harvests, all from the Favaios area.

Grape Varieties: Moscatel Galego Branco. Vineyards between 20 and 50 years old.

Tasting Note: Intense golden color.Aroma: Complex and rich. Floral notes, candied fruit and fruits dry. On the palate it is sweet, refreshing acidity that balances the whole.

Winemaking: Manual harvest. Fermentation of the grapes in a mill with treading on foot. Addition of wine spirit. Post fermentative maceration. Pressing and later stage in wine casks.

Ageing : The various batches are aged in wine-colored wooden casks of various shapes until the batch is formed.

Ideal consumption date: Once bottle opened, this nectar can be enjoyed for 30 days.
