Tasting Notes: Ruby red wine with a fruity aroma highlighting cherry, black fruit, jam, and spices. The oak is present in balance with the primary aromas, giving it elegance and depth. On the palate, it is structured and fresh, with polished tannins and a velvety texture.

Winemaking: Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels to refine the wine's structure and complexity.

Serving Suggestion: Ideal to accompany meat dishes, aged cheeses and cured meats. Should be served between 16°C and 18°C.
