Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz.
Soil: Schist
Tasting Notes: Ruby red in color, with a fruity aroma marked by cherry, black fruit, jam, and spices. The oak is present in a balanced way, respecting the primary aromas. On the palate, it is structured and fresh, with polished tannins that integrate in perfect harmony with the aromatic profile. A wine of great expression and elegance.
Winemaking: After a careful selection of the grapes, they are destemmed and crushed, undergoing a 24-hour maceration in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts and malolactic fermentation. Once the winemaking processes are complete, the wine ages for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Serving Suggestion: Ideal with meat dishes, aged cheeses, and cured meats. Serve between 16°C and 18°C.
