Altitude: Between 450-500m
Tasting Notes: Cloudy in appearance. The nose reveals notes of fresh red fruits. The palate is fresh, balanced and fruity.
Vinification: Careful selection of the finest grapes from the used varieties. Whole grape pressing. Cold decanting. Fermentation at controlled temperature (16º C). Bottled before the end of the fermentation.
Serving Temperature: 6 a 8ºC
