Classic blend wine, Abanico Reserva is born from different vineyards of Casa da Passarella. Based on a wide range of indigenous varieties, respecting the balance of the different selected plots.
Grape Varieties: Wide range of grape varieties (Bical, Cerceal, Barcelo, Terrantez, etc).
Tasting Notes: Citrus color. Citrus aroma with white fruit notes. In the mouth it is full-bodied, fresh and elegant. Long aftertaste.
Vinification: 12 months in oak vats.
Ageing: 9 months 600l oak barrel.
Consumption: Right away but with great ageing potential.
Gastronomy: Fish and cheese dishes.
