The perfect blend of different Casa da Passarella vineyards, with different characteristics, expressed in a blend of some of the most iconic grape varieties in the Dão region.
Grape Varieties: Jaen, Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Roriz.
Tasting Notes: Purple color. Ripe red fruit aroma. In the mouth it is balanced and with great elegance. Medium finish.
Vinification: In vats and presses with temperature control.
Gastronomy: Multipurpose (meat, fish, salads).
