Tasting Note: Citrine in color, with a delicate aroma featuring tropical notes, some hints of cut grass and asparagus. On the palate it is fresh, elegant, with great breadth and a persistent finish, with mineral notes.
Winemaking: Complete destemming, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature, remaining for about 6 months on the fine lees, resulting in extra complexity.
