Tasting Note: It presents a citrine yellow color with greenish hues, clear and with fruity aromas, tropical notes and white fruit, mineral with hints of French oak. On the palate it has a very fresh, vibrant and enveloping attack. It is a balanced wine, with density and a long finish.
Winemaking: After harvesting, the grapes are kept in a cold chamber for about 24 hours before pressing. Vinification is done separately, fermenting in French oak barrels. After fermentation, 30% of the wine remained in the barrels "sur lies", with weekly "batonnage", for 4 months.
