Grape Varieties: 70% Touriga-Nacional, 15% Tinta-Roriz, 15% Jaen.
Climate: Mediterranean.
Soil: Sandy (granitic) and shale.
Tasting Notes: Visually clear, deep red color with purple highlights and some garnet nuances. In the aroma you can feel the presence of ripe red and wild fruits, matching notes of spices of high elegance. Taste: Intense and deep, structured, with a long finish.
Vinification: Traditional, classic winemaking. Fermentation with controlled temperature up to 28ºC for 6 days with slight post-fermentative maceration.
Ageing: 11 months in French oak barrels.
Gastronomy: It is a wine that is ready to drink but can be kept for 7 years.
