Grape Varieties: Malvasia Fina
Tasting Note: Citrine in color, it presents a fruity and dry aroma, with floral notes, elegant and fresh.
Winemaking: Slight cold skin contact, pressing and partial exhaustion, fermentation at 15/16 degrees.
Ageing: 4 months on fine lees and 2 months in bottle.
Pairing: Soft cheeses, meat / fish grills and fish roasts.
Ageing Ability: 2 to 4 years after bottling.
