Vinification: Manual harvest in the first two weeks of September. Maceration for 15 days. Fermentation, in stainless steel tanks, for 7 days. 9-month internship in stainless steel tanks. It was not filtered.
Fermentation: 7 days in stainless steel tanks.
Stage: 9 months in stainless steel tanks.
