Grape Varieties: Síria (100%)
Vineyard: Vineyard plots planted at an altitude of 700m with granite soil.
Vinification: Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the winery where they undergo careful manual selection, destemming and gentle crushing. They are pressed in a pneumatic press and the resulting must, in a stainless steel tank, decant at 8ºC for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 12°C for 30 days and was then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels with stirring of the fine lees.
Tasting Notes: A greenish-citrus wine with expressive citrus (grapefruit) aromas perfectly balanced with toasted and floral notes. On the palate, it boasts plenty of volume and structure, supported by a lively and refreshing acidity.
Gastronomy: Enjoy with fresh-tasting dishes such as salads, seafood and charcoal fish.
