Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional
Tasting Note: Deep ruby color. Notes of earl-grey, licorice, black plum and chocolate. Very classy and elegant on the palate, with very fine tannins, freshness and just the right amount of fruit, already providing great pleasure but with a long life ahead. A great wine from a great variety.
Winemaking: Total destemming. 8 days of fermentation with temperature control. 6 days of maceration.
Ageing: 20 months in French oak barrels (65% 2nd year and 35% new).
Ageing Potential: 15-20 years
