Sub-Region: Cima Corgo
Vineyard: It’s a 71 years old vineyard with a field blend of Viosinho, Rabigato, Códega do Larinho and Gouveio. These vineyards are located on north facing slopes at 600 meters.
Vinification: The harvest occurred between August 17th until August 25th with perfect weather conditions. All grapes previously selected and partially de-stemmed were pressed in a pneumatic press and fermented at low temperatures in French oak barrels, 8% new, during 8 weeks,after which was aged for 8 months with battonage.
Tasting Notes: Very seductive and elegant wine, exhibiting white flowers, lime and delicate white peach, with beautiful mineral touch. Silky texture on the palate with intense and long aftertaste.
