With a light color and balsamic profile, it reveals elegance and freshness on the nose, with saline notes and a vibrancy reminiscent of the classic coastal reds of the region. On the palate, it is fluid, with fine tannins and a refreshing finish, evoking the Atlantic in every sip. Perfect for lighter days or dishes with a maritime inspiration.
Grape Varieties: 100% Castelão (João de Santarém)
Tasting Notes: Light and translucent in color, with fresh balsamic aromas. On the palate, the elegance and salinity evoke the classic and highly original profile of Atlantic red wines from the Sintra region. A red wine of great lightness and authenticity.
Vinification: Hand-harvested, with careful selection and complete destemming. Traditional fermentation in limestone lagares, with foot treading for one week. No added yeasts. Organic production.
