Grape Varieties: 100% Tinto Cão from old vines.
Tasting Note: Exotic and wild aroma, in a mixture of forest fruits and cherry. In the mouth it is quite intense and full of life. It is a smooth, fresh wine with a long finish.
Vinification: Grapes trodden by foot in a granite press, aging for 12 months in French oak barrels (100% of them used). Bottled in August 2021.
Acceptable Storage Time: 10 Years
