Grape Varieties: 100% Tinto Cão
Tasting Note: Bright salmon pink colour, fresh aromas of red fruits. On the palate it is elegant, fresh and with a luscious finish. Overall, it is fresh and complex, making it very gastronomic.
Winemaking: The grapes were harvested by hand, at their ideal point of ripeness, leading to higher aromatic concentrations.
Ageing: The wine fermented and aged in stainless steel vats for 10 months.
