Grape Varieties: Touriga Franca

Vinification: The harvest was done manually into small 15 kg boxes, which were pressed very delicately into whole bunches. The must was clarified statically and fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at 13ºC.

Ageing: It was aged for 9 months on fine lees.

Tasting Notes: Murgas Rosé is a wine that expresses the Touriga Franca grape variety in a very fresh way. Light pink in color, it has red fruits, wild berries and minerality. In the tasting, it shows off the limestone soil where it grew, with a mineral profile and lots of freshness. It's a smooth and very elegant wine.

Gastronomy: It can be eaten without an accompaniment but pairs perfectly with Asian food (Japanese, Chinese or even Thai). It also goes well with grilled fish dishes and salads. It should be served at a temperature of 6/8ºC.
