Grape Varieties: Rabigato, Gouveio, Viosinho, Verdelho.
Winemaking: After manual harvesting, the grapes are transported in 18kg capacity boxes to avoid damaging the bunch. Once at the winery, the boxes are unloaded onto a sorting conveyor for the first sorting of the grapes. This is followed by destemming, berry-by-berry selection, and crushing, with the grapes then being transported by gravity to a pneumatic press. After clarification of the must, alcoholic fermentation began in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures of around 14ºC, in order to preserve the varietal character of each variety. Alcoholic fermentation lasted approximately 15 days, after which, following a resting period, the different components aged for 6 months in stainless steel.
Ageing: 6 months in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes: MENIN BRANCO 2025 is a citrus wine. On the nose, it presents notes of fresh fruits such as lime, grapefruit and apricot, with light floral and wild herb touches. On the palate, it is fresh, mineral and with good persistence.
