Tasting Notes: Color: Slightly pink, salmon. Aroma: Intense nose with notes of strawberry, very floral. Taste: Soft, intense, very fresh, notes of strawberry with a persistent finish.
Suggestion: Serve at a temperature of 8º-10ºC. Wine that is best drunk as an aperitif before a meal or at sunset. It can also be enjoyed alongside a light meal, a cooked lobster salad, a Caesar salad, a fish or seafood dish, both grilled or boiled.
Enology: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks at a controlled temperature of 14°C.
Ageing: After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remained in contact with the fine lees.
