Herdade Papa Leite Religiosamente Guardado Tinto 2011

Grape Varieties : Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting Notes: Color: Garnet. Aroma: On the nose it presents black fruit, very ripe plum, spices, complex finish with notes of dry fruits. Taste: Very balanced mouth with present acidity that gives it excellent freshness. Wood very well integrated.

Suggestion: Serve at a temperature of 16ºC-18ºC Intense cheeses, oleaginous nuts, game dishes, intense dishes, confit pork belly, migas with spare ribs.

Oenology: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for 3 weeks at a controlled temperature of 24ºC.

Ageing: After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 2 years in new French oak barrels, followed by 8 years in bottle.
