Herdade Papa Leite Tiro no Escuro Tinto

Grape Varieties : Alicante Bouschet, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

Tasting Notes: Color: Dark Ruby. Aroma: Complex and intense with hints of dried fruit. Taste: Elegant mouth, supported by a tannic structure. Floral nunaces with vibrant acidity.

Suggestion: Decant 1 hour before serving at a temperature of 16º-18ºC. Goes well with intense cheeses and “pot food”, such as lamb stew, brothy rice, broad beans and game dishes.

Oenology: Multi vintage from 2013, 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Ageing: After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine staged in new French and American oak barrels, later staged in the bottle.
