Made from Loureiro and Alvarinho grapes, GURI is the result of careful winemaking, with cold fermentation to preserve its freshness and delicate natural sweetness. With only 8.5% alcohol, it surprises with its balance between vibrant sweetness and persistent acidity, creating a harmonious taste experience.

Grape Varieties: Loureiro, Alvarinho.

Climate: Moderate maritime. Vineyards located near the sea with mild winters and hot, dry summers. The sea breeze brings salinity, freshness, and moderate temperature variation during ripening, which favors an intense aromatic profile.

Soil: Granitic with a clay content higher than the regional average and fertile. This very specific soil increases the structure and complexity of the wines, moderating the acidity profile of the grapes.

Profile: Loureiro provides an intense and floral aromatic profile, while Alvarinho contributes the gustatory structure. High acidity balances the gentle sweetness. Ideal for pairing with spicy and seasoned foods, or dessert dishes.
