Grape Varieties: Codega de Larinho 35%, Viosinho 25%, Gouveio 25%, Rabigato 15%.
Tasting Notes: Vibrant, crisp style shaped by traditional regional grape varieties. It shows a clear citrus colour with bright reflections. The nose is intense, led by white fruit, with a fresh citrus lift. On the palate it is fruit driven and precise, with refined herbal nuances that add definition and balance. Fresh and very appetising, it ends with a long and captivating finish, making it a versatile choice both at the table and on its own.
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation carried out entirely in stainless steel tanks over approximately 20 days, using selected yeasts. Malolactic fermentation is not performed.
Ageing: After fermentation is complete, the wine matures for three months in stainless steel tanks, with bâtonnage carried out during the second month. No wood ageing.
