Grape Varieties: Touriga Francesa 25%, Touriga Nacional 10%, Tinta Roriz 50%, Tinto Cão 15%.
Tasting Notes: This wine displays a bright and vivid red hue. Its aroma reveals ripe fruits, complemented by delicate floral notes and a subtle hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is well-balanced and fresh, with a long, flavourful, and satisfying finish.
Vinification: The fermentation of this wine took place in conical stainless-steel tanks with temperature control, maintained between 25 and 27ºC. Gentle pump-overs were performed four times a day to enhance extraction. Additionally, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: This blend of R consists of 90% wine without oak aging and 10% aged in second and third-year French oak barrels for a period of 11 months.
