The second generation of a house classic. It expresses freshness and elegance, reflecting a renewed vision of the Alentejo. Produced through organic and regenerative farming practices, with minimal intervention in the winery.
Grape Varieties: Touriga Franca, Syrah, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet.
Soil: Clay-limestone, clay-granite and sandy loam with volcanic pebbles.
Location: Cortes de Cima, Vidigueira and Vila Nova de Milfontes.
Harvest Conditions: A winter with good rainfall (555 mm), followed by mild spring and summer conditions, allowing for a balanced harvest with refreshing acidity.
Tasting Notes: Intense aromas of black cherry, dried rose petals, spices and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is juicy and vibrant, with elegant, well-balanced tannins.
Winemaking: Night-time manual harvest. Spontaneous fermentation with 30% whole cluster. Two weeks of maceration with low extraction.
Ageing: Used French oak barrels and stainless steel.
